We found bat droppings.
The property is owned by a couple who discovered it use to be an old funeral home in the late 1800s so they thought the thumps and noises were because of that.
They had bats in the attic.
The home owners have fixed the problem and are bat free now .
Rox's was caring for her step-father and he recently passed away so we will be back in a few months to see if we can make contact with him for her and her son.
